1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Barberos application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RuyaTech ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including barbershop owners, managers, staff members, and customers.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Important: By using Barberos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
Barberos is a comprehensive barbershop management and online appointment booking system that includes:
2.1 Mobile Application
- Account management for barbershop owners, managers, barbers, and staff
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Point of Sale (POS) system for checkout and payments
- Business analytics and reporting tools
- Staff performance tracking and management
- Product and inventory management
- Customer relationship management
2.2 Public Booking Website
- Online appointment booking for customers (no account required)
- Service selection and professional booking
- Group booking capabilities
- Appointment confirmation and verification system
- Online rescheduling and cancellation options
2.3 Backend Services
- Secure APIs and data management
- Payment processing through Stripe
- Automated notifications (SMS/Email)
- Subscription and billing management
- Data analytics and insights
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Barberos mobile application, you must create an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
3.2 Account Types
- Owner: Full administrative access to barbershop management features
- Manager: Administrative access with permissions set by the owner
- Barber: Access to appointment and POS features
- Staff: Limited access based on role permissions
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Barberos operates on a subscription-based model. We offer various subscription tiers with different features and pricing.
4.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Barberos offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide you with continuous access to our services. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
Subscription Duration and Pricing
- Monthly Plan: Billed monthly at the current subscription rate
- Annual Plan: Billed annually at the current subscription rate (with savings compared to monthly)
- Current pricing is displayed in the app and on our website at the time of purchase
- All prices are in the currency of your App Store or payment region
Automatic Renewal
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel
- You will be charged the then-current subscription price within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Your subscription will be charged to your payment method on file (App Store account, Google Play account, or Paddle payment method)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Managing Your Subscription
For App Store Subscriptions (iOS):
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions"
- Select Barberos from the list
- You can cancel, change your plan, or turn off auto-renewal from here
For Google Play Subscriptions (Android):
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap Menu → Subscriptions
- Select Barberos from the list
- You can cancel or manage your subscription from here
For Web/Direct Subscriptions:
- Log in to your Barberos account
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- You can cancel or manage your subscription from the subscription management page
Important: Canceling your subscription will turn off auto-renewal, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of the current subscription period.
4.2 Payment and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All payments are processed securely through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Paddle (for web subscriptions)
- Payment will be charged to your App Store account, Google Play account, or payment method on file at confirmation of purchase
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice
- If a price change affects your subscription, you will be notified in advance and given the option to cancel before the new price takes effect
4.3 Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. If you sign up for a free trial:
- You will have access to premium features for the duration of the trial period
- Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial period ends
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
To cancel, follow the instructions in section 4.1 above based on where you purchased your subscription (App Store, Google Play, or direct web purchase).
4.5 Refunds
Customers are entitled to request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of their initial subscription purchase.
Refund requests submitted within this 14-day period will be reviewed and, if approved, issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After the 14-day refund period has expired, subscription fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Billing errors caused by our systems
- Extended service unavailability directly attributable to Barberos
App Store and Google Play Refunds
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google respectively. We do not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through these platforms.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or credits are provided for unused subscription time beyond the refund eligibility period.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
5. Customer Bookings
Our public booking website allows customers to book appointments without creating an account.
- Customers must provide valid contact information
- Appointment confirmations are sent via email
- Cancellation policies are set by individual barbershops
- No-show policies may apply as determined by the barbershop
6. User Responsibilities
As a user of our Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Not interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by RuyaTech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without express written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including:
- Paddle: Payment processing
- Firebase: Authentication and analytics
- Vercel: Website hosting
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Barberos, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUYATECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RuyaTech from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Tunisia.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RuyaTech
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
16. App Store Specific Terms
If you download our mobile application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to their respective terms of service.
